This is imbued with a delicate colour and an divinely sweet taste - no bitterness whatsoever. Highest L-theanine content of any loose leaf tea, so its very calming.

Brewing Instructions (3 people):
Add 100ml of 55° C (130F) to 3 tsp of tea. Let steep for 1.5 - 2 mins. Divide equally between three cups.
For subsequent infusions, increase the temperature by 5°C and decrease the brewing time. 30 seconds for the second infusion, 15 seconds for the third.

2nd infusion: 80°C for 30secs
3rd infusion: 85-90°C for 15 secs.
