Returns

How to return a product.

To return goods, simply post it to us at our address and tell us the reason why you’re returning it along with the original invoice if possible.

We will ask you to pay the postage of returned goods and send it in an insured method to ensure it arrives to us. If we don’t get the goods we can’t give you a refund.

We will replace or refund the cost of the items, though not the postage provided they are returned, unused, and with their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. After this all other returns will be subject to an administration fee of €5.

Returns can only be accepted if the goods have arrived damaged in some way. We will not refund returns for reasons of personal taste.

Our products are packed and sealed for optimum freshness so they arrive in perfect condition. If by any chance this is not the case, please tell us the condition the goods arrived in when returning them.

We will process your refund as quickly as possible but depending on factors it can take up to four weeks to credit the card used. We can only refund to the card used in the transaction.

Exceptional circumstances may provoke an exceptional response but this is solely at our discretion.
