Yet, despite the rise in popularity, Japanese green tea remains relatively unknown in the West. This is a shame, given the wide range of delicious Japanese leaf teas available. We love matcha, but we also love a good cup of steeped Japanese tea and we’d love to introduce you to some of these wonderful tastes which have been developed over centuries of tradition.
